- Orders placed before 1 PM will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 1 PM, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 days.

- UK Orders £35 or more – Free shipping for all small orders placed online
- UK Orders under £35 – £4 shipping fee.
International Shipping
- We do not offer international shipping for orders placed through our website. However, if you require international delivery, please contact us at sales@hardiflon.com — we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.
Order Collection (Pick-Up Service)
- We offer a free collection service for all orders.
- Orders will be ready for collection within 24 hours.
- You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Direct orders
For orders placed directly with us, please allow 2–4 working days for materials available from stock.
We are able to accommodate urgent enquiries; however, these may be subject to an emergency surcharge.
