How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Delivery by the courier will then usually take 2–5 working days.
What are the shipping rates?
Orders of £75 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders under £75 have a £4 shipping charge.
What happens if my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, we will first ask you to provide photographs of the product. Where appropriate, we will then arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return an order?
Returns on orders are available and you can do this by following the steps listed under the Return and Refund policy.
Do you supply free samples?
We offer free A4 fabric samples. For adhesive products, we can offer smaller samples if you are interested in placing a larger order.
Will I receive a reduced price by ordering directly?
By setting up an account and ordering directly through our company, we may be able to offer reduced prices on products such as adhesive and non-adhesive materials. Some products are only available to purchase directly.
What payment methods are there?
Our website takes secure payments through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. If you require another payment method, please contact us directly and we will see what we can do.
